"El Dorado Juice" is a one time batch available in kegs only and it is the biggest dry-hopped beer by our brewery to this day with 15 gr/L of dry hops! "El Dorado Juice" is a bit of a hybrid between two beer styles -American IPA and New England IPA-because of the ingredients, brewing technique but also a relatively low bitterness level. This said, it is more an American IPA. Brewed with Extra Pale ale malt (50%), Vienna (25%), Wheat malt (20%) and Flaked oats (5%). Dry-hopped during fermentation with El Dorado at 10 gr/L and Simcoe at 5 gr/L. Fermented with Lallemand East Coast/New England yeast. Aromas include orange zest, pine tree, mandarine, grapefruit, ripe honeydew melon, strawberry... Let us know what you find!
