Hienosti humaloitu pils. Kunnioittaa perinteitä, mutta humaloinnissa ehkä jotain pientä uutta. Ehdottoman raikas ja dokattava. Well done 8bit!

Enpä uskonut törmääväni näin hyvään pilssiin! Näin oman suun makuista ei ennen ole vastaan tullut.

Transparent, gold beer with languid carbonation builds a snow-white, standard head that adorns the top up to one finger and descends soon downwards. The retreating froth paints the glass with multiple tiny dots. The fragrance is significantly bland: I'm getting only faint grassy hops. The tongue receives nice pale malt with reasonable grassy hops and a remote buttery twist. Water crackers and a suggestion of white pepper add their own aromas to the package. The light-bodied beer ends unchanged. The aftertaste gobbles popcorn with the tastebuds for some time. The mouthfeel is light, a bit crisp, modestly butyric and classical.

Freesi vaalea lager ripauksella sitruksista humalaa. Dry hopped lager ei koskaan petä.

Humalaa oli reilummin, kuten luvattiinkin, mutta muuten odotettua pliisumpi tuttavuus

Ei tämä huono, mutta omaan makuun vähän pliisu.

Utuinen, vaaleankeltainen olut. Tuoksussa ruohoa sekoittuu toffeemaltaisuuteen. Maku pehmeän toffeemaltainen, kevyesti ruohoinen. Jälkimaussa pähkinää, makeaa toffeemaltaisuutta ja ruoho tulee tuhdimmin esiin. Lopussa kuivahkoa humalaa. ”Toffeemaltaisuus” mainittu vähintään riittävän monta kertaa mutta tämähän on aivan erinomainen pils!
