Sauna heating beer. Misty, deep yellow beer with fizzy but short-lived carbonation creates a small-bubbled froth that grows one finger tall and melts hastily to zero. Attractive squeezed passionfruit emanates to the nostrils. Distant orange zest and lemon pulp merge with wheat malt and a distant salty twist. Nice fruity punch with a flashback from the summer. Passionfruit is really the dominant fruit here. I can pick, additionally, a bit of fleshy mango, bitter orange peel, peach and wheat. Not sure if there's salt somewhere in the shadows or not. The light-bodied beer ends with a combination of passionfruit and orange zest. Grapefruit pulp and a pinch of peach follow behind and are all guarded by a moderate wheaty touch. The aftertaste escapes hastily away from the tastebuds. The mouthfeel is light. Maybe a bit thin but certainly not watery. That's quite welcome for a low-alc beer of 2.8 %. Super! 💛💛 The mouthfeel is also very juicy, zesty and pulpy, tropical, refreshing and attractively summery. Surely it's also light-tart. Successful micro sour ale!
