Spending the last day of my Canada holiday on a high and am kicking off with this local brew: this is a light European-style pilsner with a crisp clean and refreshing flavour profile. The aroma features a delicate floral and herbal scent, with mild notes of cracker, bready pale malt and faint grassy hops. The taste is dominated by a sweet biscuity flavour, balanced by a subtle, earthy and hoppy bitterness with hints of grain. The aftertaste is very clean with little lingering bitterness.
