Long time no Meads.
Canned on (well can says production date but I assume it's Canning date): 27.5.2020
Temperature: +15 C
Honey yellow color, good clarity. Small head disappears immediately: 4/5
The aroma is heavy with the honey...and then some fermented Honey...and even more honey. #honey #honey #honey #honey just like the can says. But since this is a Braggot, should we have some malt here as well? Maybe, I mean maybe there's some crisp, clean malty hues but I'm not 100% sure: 3,25/5
Mouthfeel is light, carbonation is medium-light. Some alcohol notes. This almost feel like honey with alcohol and some carbonation: 3,5/5
The taste is also mostly sweet honey with a light "pale" malty flavor. Some alcohol which is strongest in the aftertaste as it leaves a dry, warming feel. Almost like after a sip of vodka but without being boozy🤷♂️10/15
Decent beer. But soon this becomes one-sided and extremely straightforward. Not cloyingly sweet which is nice. This just could use some more stuff in it: 14/20
=34,75/50

Käytettyä simaa, makea kukkainen maku, alkoholi tekee mausta kuivan.
