Together with Gothenburgian vegan pastry chef Lisa of Doux Pastry we’ve created this sour beer to put the spotlight on her and her work. She decided on the beer and we made it happen. A beer in Dugges Spotlight series. Doux! Imperial sour with strawberry, vanilla and almond.
