Our Altbier is traditionally brewed with German malts, hops and our own carefully selected yeast strain. It is fairly light bodied with strong malt character upfront and grainy hints from the Pilsner malt. A blend of German hops balances the beer with a slight yet smooth bitterness and light floral aroma. The beer pours a deep amber with an airy off-white head and great lacing in the glass.
