A grainy toffee malt aroma with what I keep calling an apple scent. Mildly oaky. A crisp grainy mildly woody flavour countered with a timid peppery hops bitter. I'm no expert nor am I trained in any way, and the gibberish that falls out of my mouth is my opinion mine alone,....but... This just slides into the pilsner style to me. A good lager for sure but the flavour profile is just not quite right as a pilsner for my tastes.
