Based on our Belgian yeast strain, this brew uses Pilsner, some Munich, and small amounts of caramel malts, along with a small dab of flaked barley for the malt bill. Nugget and Chinook were used for the bittering hop additions, with Cascade for all the late additions and dry-hopping. The aroma and flavors from the yeast have a very interesting interaction with the hop aroma and flavors.
