Manque un peu de corps mais plutôt sympathique. Une touche d'amertume qui permet de relever le tout.

Une IPA à faible carbonatation avec un nez et un goût très prononcé sur le bourbon, parfois même des notes de muscat. Exceptionnel. A essayer !
