👁 hellgolden; eher feinporiger Schaum 👃🏻 malzig und süßlich 👄 Ein wenig dünn, aber weder übersüßt noch von hopfiger Bittere erschlagen. Kein Hochgenuss, aber völlig ok.

Wer gerne Wasser mag, ist hier super beraten. Dünn und kaum Anklänge von Bier : )

Es gibt echt tolle Biere von dieser Brauerei, das gehört leider nicht dazu..

Leikeim hat ja durchaus leckere Bierchen im Angebot, zB das Steinbier, da hab ich mir auch ein leckeres Alkoholfreies erwartet, was ja ohnehin eher selten ist … Leider war das nix; das Bier ist so wie das Etikett, etwas fad und blass. Es sieht gut aus, dunkelblond mit hellem Schaum. Es hat auch eine leichte Herbe, die durchaus zu der leichten Frische passt; es ist aber noch eine unangenehme „staubige“ Note dabei, die das Positive unterdrücken. Also wird es leider kein zweites Mal geben 🤷🏽‍♂️

Zwar wenig süß für ein Alkoholfreies aber auch nicht so richtig überzeugend.

Ordentliches Alkoholfreies. Nicht besonders voll im Geschmack, aber auch nicht so süß wie man viele Alkoholfreie kennt. Kann man mal als Autofahrer machen

Alkoholfreies Pils ist meistens scheisse. Die wenigen Guten kann man an drei Fingern abzählen. Das Leikeim Frei ist so ein goldenes, klares Alkoholfreies. Olfaktorisch hat man pures Getreide in der Nase und wenig Frische. Der Körper ist schlank und das helle Malz überwiegt mit getreidigen Noten. Es fehlt an Frische, was auch am sparsam eingesetzten Hopfen liegt. Als positiv ist die nicht zu starke Süße zu bewerten. Für mich ein schwieriges Bier.

Glasklar und hell goldgelb läuft das Leikeim frei ins Glas. Die Blume ist erst sehr schön, hält aber nicht lange. In der Nase frisch, helles Malz und etwas leicht herb Krautiges. Der Antrunk ist frisch mit angenehmer Rezenz. Der Körper ist recht dünn aber nicht wässrig. Für ein alkoholfreies wenig Süß. Im Abgang angenehm feinherb. Für ein alkoholfreies echt gut.

HOPPY ST. PATRICK'S DAY! ☘️🍻☘️ SLÁINTE! Instead of Irish beer, I'm toasting with German non-alcoholic beer... Hope I'm not burned on bonfire for heresy. 😇 This beer glows like transparent amber. Brisk carbonation builds a cloud-white puffy head that blows two fingers big. Retention is prolonged. A moussy cap wafts on the top for considerably long. Strong grainy malt and a hoppy touch gain unexpected visitors of slight earthy notes and clearly recognizable diacetyl on the nose. Very nice! The tongue loves the earthy grainy elements in the malty palate. A grassy hoppy tail follows in the immediate proximity. And yes, I can find substantially remote diacetyl looming in the shadows — much weaker though than the diacetylic wisp in the air. The body is skinny. The finish offers a tad bitter paie malt, grainy layers and an earthy vibe as well as grassy hops. Diacetyl disappears from the frontline. The aftertaste wears a green giant hat and dances like a leprechaun. The mouthfeel is watery, reasonably crisp, earthy and traditional. I like this brew in its own genre. Obviously a successful meal accompaniment. The appletree branches that I cut a couple of weeks ago start to blossom. 💮🌳💮
