Hazy, dirty honey colored beer with rushed carbonation kicks out a creamy head that finds itself at the altitude of one finger. Retention is really brief and the foamy cap melts down hastily. The scent is ripe fruity. Indeed, I'm picking a bit of banana, dried apricot and a small injection of caramel. The taste is ripe fruity, mildly hopped and surprisingly soft. The components include biscuit, apricot, orange and faintly resinous hops. The malty side performs nicely here. The body is light-medium to medium. The finish is pretty similar to the actual taste apart from the marginally heightened crisp hoppiness. The duration is medium-long. The mouthfeel is medium, moderately crisp, somewhat closed and relatively smooth.

Bière de couleur blonde brune, belle mousse légère et houblons présents. Au nez, le malt est très présent. On sent des notes fruitées. En bouche, la bière est moyennement douce. L’amertume est agréable et l’acidité inexistante. Des notes fruitées sont présentes et le malt se ressent très bien. Au final, une très bonne bière.
