Luxemburg-Woche 4/10: Auf dem Wenzel-Rundgang ganz unten an der Abtei Neumünster gibt es eine Brasserie. Frisch vom Fass ein Simon Pils. Getreidig im Antrunk, schnell herb werdend. In der Mitte auch spürbar malzig. Erinnert mich an ein norddeutsches Pils: Zackig, ohne Schnickschnack.
