Happy Friday. Pretty strong floral hops with some fruit that leans towards tangerine, papaya, pear. Light pine. Quite bitter. Get a little alcohol burn. Overall I’m not to crazy about the floral hops for this one. There is just something off and it does not mesh well with the fruit. Can date is 2/14/20 so it is 5 months old for an unpasteurized & unfiltered beer. Maybe it’s past it’s prime.
