Deep
7.0% Belgian Ale
In 2013, we brewed a beer we called 1200 Meters Deep. The name came from the fact that the ore mining in Garpenberg's mine had just passed 1200 meters deep. When we now include the beer in our standard range, we choose to briefly call the beer Deep. The beer style is called Belgian Blonde. A beer style with great variations. The beers are often seasoned with nothing but hops. To this brew we have developed the recipe by adding orange peel. The beer is characterized mainly by the Belgian yeast strain we used. It gives spicy touch to the sweet and fruity flavors.
