My fourth sampler on this flight at Big Beach Brewing. Clear the very deep red in color. Has a roasted aroma. Texture is extremely soft and dry. Flavor is of strong roasted coconut. Coconut is very evident in the forefront and continues right through the finish. Has a sweetness and very little bitterness. This is a very good dessert brew and I might need to take some of this home.
