I've given this a star rating before but feel it deserves more. So... This is one of my favourite hefes. With wonderful aromas of wheat malt, banana, bubblegum, apricot, clove, and some citrus hints. The sip starts a bit sweet but finishes light and slightly dry. The flavors a a bit similar but citrus, orange, clove and wheat are the main components in this beer. The banana and bubblegum show up as mild aftertaste flavors. Refreshing and flavorful. In fact with more experience drinking this beer, I'm giving it another half star since last time. Really very nice.
