Had stock"west coast-style ipa" Houblons : simcoe Amarillo et mosaic (décidément...) Nez frais et fruité, j'irais même jusqu'à dire boisé. En bouche elle est très amère quand même (encore 80 IBU). Ça gâche un peu le goût qu'on pouvait attendre. On retrouve quand même quelques soupçons agréables en fin de bouche.
