Named after the Boss of the house. Our take on a traditional German Hefeweizen is light and refreshing with notes of banana, cloves and citrus. It is good to be the Boss.

Had this before while on the beach in Florida. Going to try it again on tap at the brewery.
Aroma is of a Belgium beer. Strong cloves with a background of banana. Deep yellow color, slightly hazy. The cloves are definitely the first taste you get. Banana joins directly after. And either pear or white grapes in the background. Very soft, almost no carbonation.
Had this before, really cold out of the can on a hot Beach. This time it's warm in a cup in a very hot brewery building. It's much better when it's very cold.

Enjoying the Gulf Shores beach with family. Isolating away from others best we can.
A very short white head that disappears quickly. Medium light yellow color and very effervescent. Texture feels thin and somewhat dry. The cloves come at you very quickly with notes of banana coming during the finish. Not sweet and only a pinch of bitter. Alcohol is totally hidden. Not a strong flavored beer but good.
