Robust and complex, our Porter is a bittersweet tribute to the legendary freighter's fallen crew-taken too soon when the gales of November came early.

Drinking that the 11/10 to remember the fallen crew of the Edmund Fitzgerald at a friend's house 🫡🙏🏻
Dark color with reddish reflects. Low carbonatation.
Gentle roasted cereal aromas on the smell. We have herbs notes as well. Fresh green coffee grains smell as well. .9
Gentle attack with roasted cereal notes. .9
Then we have some fresh cereal and fresh coffee grains notes. This beer has a pretty greenish cereal/coffee grain dimension that I really like. 1
The aftertaste is gentle, and keeps the identity of the beer. We have a gentle bitterness, green aromas and a bit of toasted roasted notes. .9
This beer is gentle but has personality which makes it a beautiful tribute to the fallen crew. The greenish notes are very welcomed, they are nicely balanced and could symbloize hope and renew after the disaster. All together that's a great beer and a great tribute! Also using a porter (which is a beer style that takes its name from sailors) for the tribute is a great idea! 🫡🛳️1
