Pastry qui tient ces promesses... La première bouche est sur un café au lait sucré et du chocolat au lait. La deuxième bouche est sur la noisette, le caramel, et des notes alcoolisées. La fin de bouche revient sur le café sucré. Gourmande à souhait, crémeux, bien trop sucré malgré le style.
