Scorpius Morchella

Brewed each spring to celebrate our brewery’s annual day off to go morel mushroom hunting, this excitingly hazy double IPA is a tribute to our love of great hops and morels.
Created with a combination of Pacific Northwest and Southern Hemisphere hops, Scorpius Morchella is meant to be shared with friends on a warm spring afternoon.

Ok. Makupuoli tarjoaa verigreippiä, kuivempaa kuusipuumaisuutta, ikiaikaista ja märkää metsänpohjaa. Erityisen oloista. Ja puhdasta myös. Runko on reilusti semi medium, hitaalla karbonaatiolla, varsin mielekästä nautittavaa siis.
MUUTA MAINITTAVAA:
Tuo syvä märkä metsäisyys on tässä kyllä parasta. Itse tykkään niin himputin kovasti.

Backlog from June 8th
Citrusy aroma. Taste has citrusy and piney hops, oranges and a little bit of grapefruit. The body is bordering on medium-full with a medium-ish amount of carbonation. I like this. 4/5

Happy Friday. Officially in the yellow stage for COVID 19 as of today. I haven’t ventured out yet tho.
Has a fairly strong melon and passion fruit taste. Light bitterness and a light dankness.
Not to complicated but tastes great
