Frontaal Juice Punch V12 Zum Verlieben  Das V12 Juice Punch NEIPA von Frontaal aus Breda ist einfach klasse und ich kann nicht anders, als überall 5 Sterne zu vergeben. Angefangen mit der wunderschönen, stylischen Dose, die man gar nicht wegwerfen mag. Das V12 steht hellgelb und sehr trüb im Glas. Es riecht nach Pink Grapefruit, Pomelo, Pfirsich und im Hintergrund etwas Litschi. Der Antrunk ist sehr frisch, extrem fruchtig und eine zunehmende Bittere kommt hinzu, die aber nie zu stark wird. Im Rachen flacht es etwas ab, was aber prima passt und es zu einem totaal süffigen und tollem Sommerbier macht, das mit 5,8% Alkohol auch nicht zu stark ist. Well done.

From last night. Canned on 10.5.2020 so about one month and one week old Temperature: +9 C Yellow-Orange and hazy. Tall, soapy-looking head has good retention. I wish the head wouldn't look so cheap. Otherwise good looking NEIPA: 3,5/5 The nose is pleasantly soft with the tropical fruitiness and juicy aroma. Especially sweet mango and peach. Then comes citrus with some fresh piney notes. Very good, especially considering the relatively low ABV! Even though Frontaal is a very good brewery, I'm still pleasantly surprised how good the aroma is: 4,25/5 Mouthfeel is medium-light with medium "American" bitterness. Medium-low carbonation. Not very thick or juicy as NEIPA should be: 3,25/5 Tropical and fruity flavors, but unfortunately some vegetable hues as well which gets irritating. Especially when the ABV is low, this off-flavor shines through too much. If you get past the vegetable flavor then this is a decent NEIPA (again, considering the low ABV). This could also use more juicy taste: 8/15 Easy going and drinkable beer despite the light vegetable off-flavor. Also not as fresh anymore which definitely shows here since the flavors and aroma just aren't bright and intense: 12/20 =30,5/50
