This is a redo review because I didn't actually write anything the first time. A clean clear golden straw coloured kolsch. The aromas are mostly grainy pale malt, a gentle nudge of biscuit, and some lightly fruity bittering hops. Crisp and clean on the tongue with that nice grainy pale malt, that gentle nudge of biscuit and lightly fruity hops used only for bittering but with a mild nuance of flavour. Solid Kolsch.
