For this beer we tried something completely new, we used Danish raw unmalted wheat as a big percentage of the grain bill. A technique mostly associated with spontaneous beer production.
This added a ton of body and mouthfeel, along with the malted oats.
We then dry-hopped it with Wai-iti and Calypso, both of which we have never worked with before. The result is a big but hugely drinkable beer that we are very proud of.

Sitrusta ja havua. Havua varsin isolla kädellä. Suutuntuma paksuhko, pitkästä aikaa kunnolla katkeroa. Aromin havuisuus yhdistettynä katkeruuteen saa aikaan "raa'an" fiiliksen. Silti oikein mainio olut.

Dänk juicy color. Taste is ripen fruity, bit dänk and caramalty. Surprisingly nice color despite being around two months old. Decent dipa.

Samea, tummankeltainen. Valkeat vaahdot. Tuoksu sitruksinen ja hedelmäinen. Maku kuiva, katkera humala, suuta kuivattava. Runsas hedelmäisyys pehmentää. Miellyttävä olut.
