Hellästi kypsytetty ja hieman hunajainen, ehkä hieman tunkkainen, ei häiritsevästi. Olen enemmän taipuvainen raikkaiden, happamien siidereiden puoleen, mutta tämä mahtuu hyvin kelvollisten siidereiden reviirille.

I like the occasional cider and this one is cracking. Apples with a hint of spice and a warmth from the alcohol content.
