A huge summer time beer loaded with west coast style hops. Brewed using Belgian farmhouse style yeast, this beer has a light body, spice and pepper notes from the farmhouse yeast, and massive citrus hop flavours. Sit back and let this beer cast it's spell!

As I pour this I can see the bubbles rising from the bottom of the glass almost as if its still fermenting. The nose is hop heavy, too hop heavy for my liking. I wait a bit to let it settle and to gather up my nerves, I'm sure I'm not going to like it. On first sip I am surprised at how well balanced it is. The good taste disapates and leaves an almost creamy texture. The carbonation burns a little on the palate, I don't know if over cabination a Wellington Brewery thing but have experienced it with their beer before. Its a good beer. I would like to taste this on tap.
