TUOKSU: Runsaan rustiikkisen rypäleinen, mukavan karhea ja ruraalinen. Vaikuttaa persoonalliselta. Omenaa ja heinäisyyttä myös mukana.
VAAHTO: Melko tiivis, hieman sekakuplainen ja kolmen sormen mitassa piipahtava.
GREY’S VIEW
Citra, Belma & Sabro humaloitu ja mm. Muscat- ja Sauvignon Blanc rypälemehulla maustettu Sour IPA.
Suutuntu on suurikuplainen ja halukas työskentelyyn. Hieman hattaramaisen ontto pohjaltaan kuitenkin. Keskitasoa keveämmällä rungolla mennään ja hennon öljyisellä sivupotkulla. Maussa ja kokonaisuudessa on runsaasti valkoviinimäistä tuntua. Hieman turhankin yksipyolisesti.
MUUTA MAINITTAVAA:
Hieman hapan, ohuemman päädyn rungolla rakennettu Sour IPA se on. Odotukset olivat hyvin paljon korkeammalla.

Enjoying my first Other Half beer while listening Pint Please's live stream in Facebook. This is actually not a full-fledged Other Half since it's a collab with Homage Brewing. There are two different versions of Pink + White, one with a white label and another one with a pink label. The recipes and ingredients are slightly different.
The beer colors cloudy, medium-orange with a truly distant milky hue. The laidback carbonation releases a white, small-bubbled, quite standard head that remains below one finger's height. The retention is substantially long as a neat lacing. Only very few tiny spots remain on the wall of the glass.
The scent is substantially mild, almost nonexistent. I can only pick a faint bubblegummy note. Hmmm... 🤔
The taste caresses the taste receptors big time! I receive fresh peach and apricot, accompanied by moderate injections of kiwi fruit and strawberry. A creamy layer occupies every nook of the mouth. Sweet purple grape and distant ripe apple bring in their unique nuances to the palette. The citrusy sphere is also presented, namely by a good dollop of orange juice, a bit of lemon zest and some mouthwatering mandarin. Very balanced and quaffable, must be the easiest Imperial Sour IPA I've ever had. Could also be the first one. 😂
The body is medium at best. Still fairly nice for 8.0 %. The beer finishes with soft fresh peach, apricot, orange and purple grape. The creamy touch is still abundant and lingers beautifully on the taste receptors for a short to medium duration.
The mouthfeel is very soft, smooth and creamy. It's fairly tropical and significantly juicy. Considerably quaffable.
