🇵🇱🇵🇱 hyper gourmande , un nez de chocolat et de noix de coco. En bouche c'est assez sucré et fort en noix de coco. La noisette est bien présente également. Un bon dessert à boire.

Murky, deep dark brown beer with shy carbonation lays a mediocre, fawn lacing that melts rushedly to a hair-thin ring of minuscule bubbles circling the surface. The scent offers intensive coconut, hefty vanilla, a strong punch of almond and bitter almond oil. Dark chocolate and cacao nibs enter the scene openly. The impression is massively pastry-like, like a combination of meringue and marzipan, perhaps also a bit of mudcake. The taste portrays a small dollop of rum that whirls around bitter almond oil, raw chocolate and raw cacao powder. Vanilla and coconut feature timidly on both sides of the tongue. Nevertheless, the gustatory experience fails to rise exactly to the same level as the fragrance. The body is medium. Only. At 10 %, it would have been legitimate to experience something bigger than this. The beer ends with a tad bitter boozy tang, raw chocolate and raw cacao powder, seasoned with a pinch of vanilla and medium-strong coconut. The cakey twist brags somewhat hesitantly. The aftertaste wants to have the tastebuds' cake and eat it quickly. The mouthfeel is a bit sappy, sticky, lip-glueing, pastry-like and desserty. It's also slightly spiced, smooth and somewhat light. The beer started promising but narrowed down over the course of the tasting.
