I heard that today was someone's last day in the office. I think I have the perfect drink for the occasion. 😁 0,375l bottle from beer glass. Best before stamp is empty. 😅 Black beer with long lasting brown foam. Intoxicating whiskey and rum scent with lots of vanilla and chocolate. Low to medium carbonation. Mouthfeel could be a tad thicker but it has lovely cocoa powder texture. Taste is very boozy on first sip. Lots of rum and dry whiskey. Some burnt caramel and super dark coffee. Dark cocoa powder and gently smoky peat. Scent was sweet but the overall taste is dry and bitter roasted. Rum and whiskey barrels are very much present, slightly longer bottle maturing could make the taste smoother. Dry wood and lots of booze all the way. Vanilla is almost non-existent and the pecan nuts listed on the ingredients are nowhere to be found. Coffee taste intensifies as the beer nears room temperature. Ends with boozy rum and dark chocolate bitterness with a hint of coffee. Very long dark chocolate powder aftertaste. Good BA IS, but a bit too young I think. A few months more could smoothen the booze a bit. But then again, today was the perfect day for this beer. 🤭

Lähes mustaa ruskealla vaahdolla. Tuoksussa on kahvia, rommia, luumua ja marjaisuutta. Keskitäyteläinen, miedot hapot. Maku on aluksi makea mutta lopulta mausteinen ja alkoholisen polttava. Vähän jyrkkä. Jälkimaussa on palanutta kumia ja vaniljaa. Aggressiivinen.
