Absolute Darkness is a hop-focussed dark ale with a pillowy off-white head and pours a deep black-brown. It’s dry-hopped with Cascade hops for a floral aroma, with notes of pine and tangerine, complemented by roasted chocolate. The flavour is of balanced bitterness between toasted malts and soft hops, with a crisp, woodsy bite from sip to sip.
