Mustaa, niukka vaahtoinen. Tuoksu on todella suklainen, paahteinen, tynnyrinen, jopa vähän kuivan puumainen. Maku on aluksi raakasuklainen, paahteinen, tynnyrinen, viskinen.

Bref, relativement parfaite !

Murder by chocolate - dois corvos - 11,2%.

Hieman erilainen IS, mutta kokeilemisen arvoinen.

New beer in Pint Please. Can't remember if I've ever had a Portuguese beer before🤔 Bottled 14.1.2020 Temperature: +14 C Well, sometimes the oils from cocoa just kills the head as is happened here. The foam comes and goes, fizzing away... the color of the beer is dark brown and texture is quite thick: 2/5 The nose has lots and lots of real bitter chocolate aroma. Nice! Bourbon and oak are here also and with the bittersweet chocolate, they form a chocolate cake-like aroma which has some Bourbon in it. Quite interesting really: 4,25/5 Mouthfeel, unfortunately, is too light being the only medium. And because the backbone isn't strong enough, the oaky and bitter feel strikes too hard, making this somewhat unbalanced: 3,25/5 Taste also strikes very hard with a chocolate fist. Bourbon and "raw" oak flavors join in...but then... Nothing... Alcohol feels in the aftertaste. And also in the aftertaste, there's a bit nasty, overly sour/tart/bitter feel from the chocolate... Overall the flavor is all over the place with malts failing to provide a solid base for the other flavors: 9/15 This beer has a rare and somewhat unfortunate problem: there's definitely complexity but everything relies solely on the massive adition of chocolate and oak aging. It's like the base beer isn't even there🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️like it's lurking in the shadow, only occasionally showing itself and then disappearing once again. Not a bad beer still, just messy and not whole: 13/20 =31,5/50
