Having a Halloween dessert beer from Trim Tab, a very good Birmingham Alabama brewery. Comes in a nice tall 16-oz can. Plenty to enjoy. Almost no head and even that disappears completely. Totally opaque brown color. Aroma has both the chocolate and cinnamon present. Texture is thick and creamy. Flavor is a strong heavy mixture of chocolate and cinnamon, both are equally strong. Finish is a combination of bittersweet chocolate, cinnamon, a little vanilla and the alcohol at the very last. Thick textured finish stays for quite a while. Very good brew with a complex phasing of flavors.

Erinomainen tuoksu, paahteinen mutta vanilja ja kaneli antaa vasta leivotun korvapuustin vivahteen. Maussa on samat aineet, myös suklaa tulee voimakkaasti esiin ja muuttuu melkein tunkkaiseksi jälkimaussa. Alussa tuntui, että täyteläisyyttä olisi saanut olla enemmän, mutta kyllä tämä riittävän "paksua" on.
