Clear, deep yellow cider with prolonged but otherwise standard carbonation offers a ridiculously thin and swift snow-white head that dies soon. Only minuscule frazil-icy patterns keep floating on top for somewhat longer. Nose receives sweet essence of something that resembles more apple than pear. The aroma of pear lingers somewhere in the shadows but is strangly confused with sweet flavors and artificial sweeteners. The taste is sweet but portrays also a tad sourer nuances. However, the palate is not very natural, rather industrially produced with artificial essences of apple and a bit of lingering pear. Very sugary. The finish is somewhat more promising, bringing in sourer, zestier elements of the Southern European garden fruit. The aftertaste could be even recognized slightly tart, and it lingers in mouth for medium time. Mouthfeel is somewhat sappy, fizzy, artificial, industrial but manages to offer also a little bit tarter side. 1.75 stars for the aftertaste and a quarter for Friday. 🍻

Omenasiiderin ystävälle miellyttävä yllätys. Ei ollenkaan liian makea, kuten päärynäsiiderit yleensä (ainakin mun kokemuksen mukaan).

Yhden voi aina juoda vaikka ei ole olutta. Poisti janon hetkeksi.

Alku maku ok kuivahko päärynä, mutta loppua kohden vetinen. Ei jatkoon!
