A ‘pale ale’ on the lagery end of that spectrum. Decent but a bit anonymous.

Ale in my tummy. Get up.

Very crisp and malty, really good beer, refreshing me in this hot British heat, thoroughly enjoyed.

It pours gold in colour with a subtle haze and a white head. Aroma has notes of citrus. Flavour is quite sweet with floral and citrus hints.

Interestingly this is called an "English summer ale". Whatever one of those is. It's decent though. Light and refreshing. Quite a dark beer with a light maltiness.
