New beer in Pint Please. Nightcap. Btw I absolutely love Nerdbrewing. Such a high-level brewing, especially with the flavorful Imperial Stouts. If you haven't tasted any I highly recommend it! Bottle. Bottled on: 1/2020 Temperature: +13 C This looks as good as it gets: oily viscosity, completely black color. The brown head is creamy, thick and has brilliant retention. Lace patterns and everything. Fantastic: 5/5 Aromas of soft coconut with what the cinnamon complements nicely. Milk chocolate and slightly sweet berry aroma makes up the rest. Not the most mindblowing, but extremely pleased with all that heavenly softness: 4,25/5 Wow, this is sooooo smooth! Very full, silky soft mouthfeel. Excellent, balancing bitterness and mild, yet lively carbonation. Only light alcohol feel despite the high ABV. I like this, I like this very much: 4,75/5 Taste starts with a sugary sweetness together with the soft coconut flavors. Spicy cinnamon quickly rushes in to stop the residual sugary sweetness becoming too cloying. Roasty, coffee flavor and chocolate arrive into the game as well. The aftertaste is slightly roasted with a lingering cinnamon spiciness: 11,75/15 Very good brew once again from this awesome Swedish brewery. But I must say, the flavor isn't the most complex although it is very strong! Still, Actually, it is rather easy with the exception of cinnamon taking a bit too much role, especially at the very end. But as a beer this size, extremely well balanced and soft. Enjoyable very much: 16,75 =42,5/50
