Ronde, onctueuse, puissante, épicée et fruité très corsé! Elle tient plus du vin quasiment que de la bière !

Un beau stout bien sec, très boisé. On a pas le gourmand et sucré d'un impérial. Un délice avec un dessert choco sucré.

BBA Nitro stuff up again. Scent has mild bourbon. Taste has bourbon, bananas, vanilla, little malts, little licorice. Mouthfeel is smooth, thick-ish and soft. Nitro doesn't fight back at all and makes it really easily drinkable. Rather simplistic impie, but bourbon is in okay balance here. Nitro works nicely. Perhaps more aging could enhance the normal flavour of this beer? Now it feels like bourbon takes over it slightly too much.
