Dark black oil in colour with an oily liquorice aroma. Deep chocolate, coffee, liquorice flavours. A great sipping beer for winters evenings in front of the fire.

Oh yes, big flavour of malt and dark chocolate with a bit of a bitter bite in this Imperial Russian. Smooth and oily, heavy as you would expect but avoids being sickly like some. Delicious!!
