Flight 3/4. Semihazy, deep amber beer with a velvety, off-white head adorning the top. The fragrance portrays dry hay, lemon, faint peach and a pinch of wild yeast. The taste receptors get fermented green grape, sour peach, dry grass and wild yeast. Citric acid is quite easily recognizeable. The body is light-medium. The beer ends with bitter grapefruit peel, lemon pith, a pinch of spruce needles and a yeasty aroma. The aftertaste transmits extraterrestrial signals to the tastebuds for some time. The mouthfeel is funky, somewhat Belgiany, medium-tart, puckering, relatively acidic and distantly crisp.
