Flight 2/4. Relatively foggy, pale orange beer with a clean white, velvety head. The citrusy scent offers lemon zest, distinct grapefruit and a pinch of grated lemon peel. The palate includes grapefruit, lemon zest, a tad lemon peel and a piney whisper. The body is light. The beer ends long with citrus pith and peel. The palette is more crisp than the actual taste and bears a lingering sour twist. The mouthfeel is mildly crisp, light, balanced and old-school.
