An extra beer after the flight of four.
Cloudy, deep lingonberry-nectar-colored beer with a very faintly pinkish lacing. An intriguing cocktail of boysenberry, raspberry, a little injection of lactose and an illusion of acidophilus emanates to the nostrils. The taste profile is equally attractive: a sour punch of boysenberry, blackberry, raspberry and a pinch of acidophilus. Lactose is camouflaged to my tastebuds.
The light-bodied beer finishes with a good amount of summery boysenberry, raspberry and blackberry. Acidophilus lingers modestly on the frontal sides of the tongue. Even lactose steps out of the shadows now, though discreetly. The aftertaste pleases the tastebuds for a short to medium duration.
The mouthfeel is juicy, gardeny, somewhat tart and a bit puckering but simultaneously also lip-glueing. The best of this sample.
