Tottenham Coolship is an amber ale fermented with a mixture of house yeast, taken from wild yeast captured in open fermentation and taken from Epping Forest mushrooms. Bittered with wild hops from Walthamstow Wetlands, then blended with a Hibiscus taken from Walthemstow gardens.

I was intrigued by the mushroom based yeast and also anything with hibiscus in tends to be nice and floral...
As soon as I opened the bottle I knew it would be sour but nothing eluded to that in the description.
I was pleasantly surprised as it is a well balanced beer. Yes it’s tart, yes it’s sour but it’s also very drinkable and refreshing.
