Kormoran Beer Tasting #4 and final one. Imperial Baltic Porter with Smoked plums. Best beer of Poland. This one is bottled in Jan 2020 so a fresh one. Lot of Islay-like smoke. Blocks almost completely other flavours. After being in the glass for 30 mins or so, presence of dark chocolate and coffee arise, while smoke is present of course. Too young, I'd say, but smoke makes it to have a really nice "juicy" umami flavour. That can't be ignored.
