Not much to the aroma. Smells like an oatmeal stout with some chocolate. Taste has lactose first, followed by chocolate with vanilla coming in mid-palate and lingering into the finish, all intertwined with a solid oatmeal stout base. Medium-ish body with a medium amount of carbonation. Very tasty lower abv stout. One to keep in mind for the future. A little less carbonation would boost this to at least a 4. High 3.75/5
