Juste incroyable, une des meilleures Stout que j’ai pu goûter ! Un nez très parfumé, torréfié et vanillé, en bouche c’est la vanille qui l’emporte rapidement après le côté torréfié ! Ca reste parfaitement stable en bouche sur la longueur ! Le seul piège : on ne sent pas l’alcool, et pourtant…

Jaettu tölkki. Gamman imppiä. Aika sekoitus makeutta ja paahteisuutta. Maitokahvia, pähkinää, mantelia ja jotain tummaa hedelmää. Suussa sulava, aavistuksen tahmea ja melko runsas, alkoholi hyvin piilossa.

Enjoying a summer night at my balcony. Canned on 21.11.2019. Temperature: +15 C Black colored beer with a solid, long-lasting brown head. Viscosity is quite thick. No complaints about the appearance: 4,25/5 Well balanced and still robust aroma. Almond and vanilla are definitely there. Also roasted, nutty, and chocolate notes. Reminds me a lot about Runebergs's tart😄good, but gives you everything at once and thus lacks complexity: 4/5 Mouthfeel is medium-full, round with alcohol slightly present. Medium-low carbonation. Feels somewhat artificial and where the scent lacked complexity, the mouthfeel lacks depth: 3,75/5 Taste starts with some kind of sweetness and then comes the almond and nutty, toasted, and chocolate flavors. Vanilla rounds up the things nicely and at the end, slight alcohol flavor comes up and so does the sweetness once again: 10,75/15 Good, good but definitely not the best Imperial Stout. A decent amount of everything but just needs more "layers". Eventually, this gets a bit boring as the beer has given you everything with in the first couple of sips. But have to say that Gamma is for real! Looking forward to having more beers from this brewery. Quality work again: 14,5/20 =37,25/50

Kaverin lasista, kun sille (minun olutkaappiin) oli jäänyt kypsymään tämä Gamma Rayn IS. Luki "juo tuoreena", mutta tämä on siis jo varmaan 6kk sitten tölkitetty. TUOKSUssa nyt noussut esille suklaa. Toki myös paahteista mallasta ja vaniljaa mukana. MAKU on paahteisen maltainen, vaniljainen ja vahvasti suklainen. SUUTUNTUMA säilynyt täyteläisenä ja melko pehmeänä. Tää on kyllä hyötynyt "kypsytyksestä" liköörikarkkisuuden on korvannut suklaisuus. Olisi pitänyt itsekin kypsytellä. (Siis oma yksilö, kun itsehän tämänkin kypsytin 😂.)
