A souvenir from Poland. Semihazy, pale straw cider with fizzy carbonation builds a white, small-bubbled head that builds itself up to one finger. The head melts rushedly to zero. The scent is extraordinarily natural with light-sour apple mash that is a little fermented. The taste is lovely: natural apple nectar. The finish lingers in the mouth for some time. The mouthfeel is light, extremely juicy, very natural, intriguingly summery and slightly tart.
