Tuoksussa nokisempaa kahvetta,mikä tummemman suklaisuuden kanssa twistaa makeampaan sokerilla kuorutettuun maltaaseen päin 😋. Suutuntuma on miellyttävän täyteläinen,pikkuriikkisen tahmaavalla siirappisella otteella. Maussa hyvin paljon vastaavia elementtejä kuin tuoksustakin sai jo raavittua kasaan.Suklaisuus on aavistuksen kaakaoisempaa ja maku muutenkin on poikkeavasti RISille vähän makeampaan päin.Ihan kuin tästä vähän vaniljankin kosketusta heijjastuisi🤔.Ennen kuin kepeämpi paahteisuus nokisemman kahvin ja sokeriruokoisen makean maltaisuuden kanssa pistää Iin pisteen tämän päälle 😎🍻👊 Nämä Brewlokin (Tom sarjan) oluet ovat olleet molemmat 2kpl mitä olen maistanut loistavia kyllä👌.11% on luotu aikas täydellisen nautittava runko ja maku vähän nousee pois sieltä perinteisemmästä RIS kuopasta 😎🍻👊

Brilliant, pitch black beer with languid carbonation builds a chocolatey, cotton head that reaches two fingers and plays a cracking sound. The foamy pillow shrinks soon to a thin lace ring. The nose receives generous dark chocolate, raw cacao nibs and a hint of faintly roasted coffee beans. Moderate licorice and dark malt hide behind the corner. The taste is powerful: loads of dark chocolate, cacao nibs, brownie, lactose and a bit of cream reward the explorer. Vanilla lingers elegantly across the various flavors. Dark malt and a faint note of mocha bring their nuances to the package. The body is full. The beer finishes with lofty raw chocolate, raw cacao powder, dark malt with a slightly roasted twist and still subtle vanilla. Warming alcohol raises its head in the finish. The aftertaste struggles with the wax cap for a long time until it manages to get hands on the delicacy. The mouthfeel is full, soft, relatively smooth and intense. It's rather viscous, nicely lip-glueing, warming and substantially desserty. Not particularly complex but manages to show a good degree of elegance. Perfect nightcap to enjoy after sauna.

ESENIN - Brewlok - 11%. Une russian imperial stout à la robe noire sans mousse ni bulles, vieillie en fût de Jack Daniels avec des fèves de tonka. Au nez c'est spécial (un peu griotte, un peu chocolat noir). En bouche des notes de cannelle, vanille, chocolat noir et amaretto, caramel, avec une fin de bouche fumée sur une texture liquoreuse mais pas écoeurante. Très très originale avec en plus l'amertume du tonka. Une pastry beer à tiroirs qui se révèle sur la longueur.
