Clear, deep gold beer with extrovert, long-lasting carbonation creates a pure white, fluffy head that easily exceeds one finger. The foamy cap adorns the top for significantly long.
The fragrance is pale malty with a bit of lemon zest and cereals. The palate puts forward an awkward medley of light-crisp hops, pale malt, wheat malt and a tad cereals. There's also a bitter watery twist in the taste profile that may be due to rice -- or not. The beer finishes after a short while.
The mouthfeel is watery, slightly crisp and remotely tangy. Interestingly though, I wouldn't call this adjuncted despite the rice being used in brewing. Definitely not a bull's eye though.
My Polish beer #100 🇵🇱
