A pear APA... This must be my first pear beer overall. I guess. Semicloudy, amber beer with lively, sustained carbonation builds a tiny-bubbled, off-white head that fails to reach half a finger's height. The foamy layer melts soon to a hair-thin lacing on the surface. The olfactory provision includes zesty orange pulp and lemon juice. The taste is quite interesting: I find slightly sour, juicy pear lying on a wheaty bed. I can also detect faint fruity hops, green grapes, a whisper of apple and a tiny pinch of yeast. The body is quite light. The beer ends with a light-sour pear, slightly grassy hops, wheat malt and a yeasty suggestion. The aftertaste invites the tastebuds to stay lazy for a medium to long time. The mouthfeel is thin, a tad juicy, both faintly crisp and slightly tart as well as quaffable. Rather easy but I'd like it to be more unique than this.
