At home watching the Alabama Arkansas ball game. In pretty good shape at halftime. Can't believe I haven't rated this Blue Moon before. Head disappeared pretty quick. As a very faint Haze, effervescence is continuing. Aroma is sweet, fruity lime. At first, the only flavor I got was that of a lime leaning blonde but as the middle approached, the light iced coffee arrived. It's not dominating, actually sits softly in the background. A little more apparent in the finish but this is still mostly a blonde. I like this subtle difference. Taking a rather common blonde beer, which is good, but making it a little different. Nicely done.

Has a typical blonde ale aroma with hints of coffee. Taste has much of the same. Tastes like a blonde ale with a little bit of coffee in it. Medium-light body with a medium amount of carbonation. I'm glad I tried it, but it's just good, nothing special or memorable. 3.25/5
